Measuring Tool

1. In the Toolbar, there is a measureing tool that provides the user with 3 options.
   
2. The first option allows the user to retrieve the X/Y coordinates. .
   
3. The second option provides the user to draw a line and determine its length. .
   
4. The thrid option provides the user to draw shapes within the map interface and determine the perimeter and area of that shape. .
